THE PROCESS
Job Request Workflow
PHASE 1 – AGREEMENT
You fill up the job request form with this link.
KiwiUp will send a quotation based on the job request form.
If you agree with the quotation please email us back with the Shopify “Collaborator Request Code” Settings -> Users and permissions -> Collaborators.
KiwiUp will send a collaborator request so that we can access your store. After you have confirm our request we can start the job. (turnover will depend on the quotation)
PHASE 2 – DEVELOPMENT
We will implement all the requests on a staging theme. If this is a large project, we may need to add it to our GitHub repository so that we can pull any changes to your main theme.
After we are done with the request we will send a staging preview link so that you can verify all changes. Any additional changes that is not part of the scope will be additional charge.
After you are satisfied with all updates we have done. We will push all updates to live.
After pushing to live we will be sending an Invoice via Henry.
That simple. Turnaround will be very smooth.
Pricing
Our Rates
Starting price is $85 NZD per hour.
The stated rate depends on the complexity of the project. For simple fixes taking less than an hour, the starting rate applies. Tasks under 30 minutes will still be billed for one hour. Also, taxes are already calculated by Hnry.
